BBQ Jerk Focaccia
Burgers and hot dogs are great, but where are our foodies at?! 😍🧡

Ingredients
- 1 Earth & Wheat Focaccia Flatbread
- 4 wedges of pineapple, grilled
- Jerk Sauce
- Strips of Jerk rum steak
- Dollops of bacon mac ‘n’ cheese
- A bunch of coriander, chopped
- 50g sweetcorn
- ¼ red onion, diced
Method
- Lightly grill the Earth & Wheat Focaccia slices on the BBQ
- Spread a good layer of Jerk Sauce on each half
- On one half, layer the steak slices, grilled pineapple pieces and bacon mac ‘n’ cheese.
- Crisp up the bacon mac ‘n’ cheese with a grill or blowtorch if available
- On the other half, layer up the chopped coriander, sweetcorn and red onion.
- Slap it together, slice it in half and enjoy!
